Due to the sensitive nature of research chemicals and the risk of contamination, we do not accept physical returns of any products once delivered.
You may be eligible for a full or partial refund under the following conditions:
Your package is not delivered within the expected timeframe.
Your order arrives damaged or incorrect.
Your shipment is seized or lost in transit, and verified by our shipping partner.
To request a refund, contact us within 48 hours of the issue with:

A description or photo of the problem
Any tracking or delivery information if available
In cases of non-delivery or loss in transit, we may offer:
A reshipment from the same or different manufacturer, or
A full refund, depending on the situation and product availability.
Customers are eligible for one free reshipment per order if the delivery failure is confirmed.
Refunds or reshipments will not be granted if:
The customer provides an incomplete or incorrect delivery address
The product was used, tampered with, or opened
The issue is reported after 48 hours of delivery
Approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method. Please allow 5โ10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
